Iām a dancer turned certified pilates instructor who believes in finding functional, feel-good movement for all bodies. I have a passion for all things related to health and wellness and am devoted to the growth of others both physically and mentally. That passion inspired me to complete a comprehensive apprenticeship program of 450 hours from Red Bird Pilates in 2018 and have been teaching private and group classes ever since! I am committed to providing a welcoming and challenging environment that encourages clients to push their boundaries in a safe way. I believe in precision movement and muscular balance for a healthy mind and body to improve everyday life.
