The 5 Pillars of Pilates
One of my favorite pillars of Pilates. Concentration is the mental key to attaining the mind-body connection. Having body awareness was a huge unlock for me when it comes to physical fitness. It’s also one of those things that like the muscles in your body, gets stronger and easier to achieve over time. Focusing and having concentration while practicing Pilates has helped my mental toughness and clarity in other areas of my life as well.
